BOHUSLÁVEK, Jan
This work is focused on problems in the business of small and medium-sized businessmen. These kinds of problems can be split into 4 different groups: economic, technical, social and legislative. Each of them has specific causes and it can obtain various possible solutions. These days, most businessmen are facing the coronavirus crisis, which has an unpleasant result for every each of them. Methods used for this research are: analysis of questionnaires from company owners, study of professional literature, analysis of the current business condition in South Bohemia and interviews with the company owners. The expected output is a list with the main problems - list of which hinder the businessmen the most. Work conclusion is to suggest some solutions for these problems and let company owners propose at least some of their own solutions for other people from their industry.
Epiphytic species of Lecanora subfusca group in the Czech Republic
Malíček, Jiří ; Palice, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Vondrák, Jan (referee)
The main aim of this bachelor work is to summarize knowledges on species of the Lecanora subfusca group growing in the Czech Republic, eventually taxa their occurence may be expected in our area. Only epiphytic and/or epixylic species are included in this study because of a large diversity of the group. Ten taxa have been published from the country. This group is poorly explored in Central Europe because of difficult determination of single species. A comprehensive treatment is lacking in this area. For most taxa of this group only limited information on ecology, distribution, chemistry and taxonomic concepts exists. The present work is reviewing up-to-date knowledge of this group. Historical sources were based mainly on morphological and anatomical data. These were evaluated and excerpted. The bachelor work should serve as a basement for the following diploma thesis.

Volumetric determination of weak and strong acid in the mixture.
Norková, Renáta ; Opekar, František (advisor) ; Jelínek, Ivan (referee)
The project is aimed to the study of the titration curves of the weak and strong acid mixtures. Purpose of the project is to compare titration curves computed on the basis of simple model, when neglecting influence of the solution's ionic strength , with experimental titration curve obtained through measuring under standard laboratory conditions. This comparison is carried out for one strong acid in the mixture with various weak acids, that differ in value of dissociation constant. How titration curves are influenced by the ratio of concentration of strong and weak acids is observed further.
